Wordpress Developer

On behalf of our client, a global leader in third-party services provider, specializing in the sector of Technical Audits, Inspections, and Certifications, we are currently looking for a self-driven WordPress Developer, to join its IT department at the company's HQs in Athens.

Your day-to-day

• Spot and resolve styling issues to ensure visual consistency across various devices and browsers
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites
• Optimize front-end performance by following best practices in coding and site optimization
• Use JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., jQuery) to enhance interactivity and functionality when necessary
• Test and debug across various browsers and devices to ensure a consistent user experience

What you will need

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, or any other closely related field
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a WordPress Front End Developer or similar role
• Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with CSS Pre-Processors: Sass/Less
• CSS frameworks (bootstrap, foundation)
• JavaScript frameworks (angular, react) and JS libraries
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with responsive/mobile and adaptive design (cross-browser)
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and standards
