Product ManagerOn behalf of our client, a cutting-edge start up at the forefront of AI agent development, we are currently looking for a self-driven Senior Partnerships Lead/Product Manager, to join its leadership team.
A day in the life of the Partnerships Lead/Product Manager
As a Product Manager/Partner Lead you will be responsible for building and nurturing the partnerships for our marketplace (i.e., find teams that build fantastic AI agents and persuade them to sell their products on our marketplace); collect feedback from the partners and do market research to assist with the product development; help the AI Agent protocol team with product management.
Your day-to-day
- Lead partnership activities
- Maintain good relations with partners
- Ensure that the software solution is successfully meeting business goals and user needs
- Working on projects together with our management team, product team, marketing department
- Understanding partner needs and desires
- Help prioritize the new features or products to be developed.
- Generate periodic reports including data analysis and recommendations
- Coordinate with external partners as needed
- Prioritizing software features based on market need analyses and company strategies
What you will need
- Strong partner research skills
- Ability to do ongoing outreach to many different companies and get them on a call to bring them on as partners
- Strong ability to hit the ground running
- Experienced partnership professional with a proven track record of building relationships and winning business
- Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver against targets
- Communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to translating business goals into specific software requirements
- Able to suggest tradeoffs to project managers on choosing between competing software requirements, such as time vs.
- cost and software security vs. speed
- Able to help prioritize feature requests from software development teams
- Business-savvy. Able to learn, create and clearly articulate product market, competitive environment, and market
- positioning
- Ability to research, study and learn about emerging markets
- Capable of doing impactful and well thought out market research
- Fearless with talking to people and able to execute market research for products using surveys, interviews, and focus
- groups
- Able to base your decisions on strategic alignment as well as user feedback from their market research activities.
