Product Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading maritime software company revolutionizing shipping operations through advanced technology and industry expertise, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Athens, Greece.

Your day-to-day

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the VMS, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Participate in client meetings to understand needs and gather requirements
• Ensure the VMS meets industry standards for compliance and operational efficiency
• Analyze product performance and implement improvements based on feedback and data
• Measure features success and track usage analytics

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems or maritime technology solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle

management

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience working on products involving real-time data or compliance frameworks
• Background in the shipping or logistics industry
