Senior IT Manager

On behalf of our client, in music rights, we are currently seeking for a Senior IT Manager to join their team.

Your day-to-day

• Oversee and strategically develop the organization’s central IT systems.
• The Intellectual Property Rights and Distribution Management System, powered by EQUINOX (Delphi environment and Firebird 3 database, hosted on Linux servers)
• Manage and develop the IT infrastructure, databases, and procedural SQL scripts supporting key organizational functions
• Extract data insights via data mining to address specific user requests
• Ensure the smooth operation of the organization's internal network, servers, and central systems (file systems, email, routers)
• Quickly address network and computing equipment failures
• Perform routine audits and maintenance of systems and software
• Develop and monitor robust data security measures
• Act as a liaison between the organization, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Coordinate IT-related projects, including documentation, quality assurance, and workflow management

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Significant experience managing large-scale relational databases (RDBMS)
• Experience with Linux administration and Delphi development is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Management Systems is a strong plus
• Proficiency in procedural SQL and database optimization techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
