SAP Specialist (1st & 2nd level support)

On behalf of our client, a multinational enterprise, we are seeking an SAP Specialist to provide first and second-level support for SAP-related queries. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintaining SAP functionalities to ensure seamless operations.

A Day in the Life of an SAP Specialist:

As an SAP Specialist, you will respond to system issues, document incidents, and work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. You’ll also participate in system upgrades, user training, and testing processes to ensure system efficiency.

Your day-to-day:

• Provide first and second-level support for SAP issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents
• Monitor SAP system performance and conduct regular maintenance
• Document technical specifications and support processes
• Assist in SAP system upgrades and user training
