On behalf of our client, a leader in business-to-customer transaction technologies in Europe, we are looking for a SAP Specialist (1st & 2nd level support) to join an innovative and growing IT team. 

Your day-to-day

  • Support to SAP users through the company's Service Desk
  • Act as a liaison with the SAP Partners (Implementors) and SAP users
  • Develop functional understanding of operations needed for 1st level support
  • Ensure the stability of SAP SAAS Cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the SAP SAAS Team and SAP Partner
  • Basic Basis services and support for custom developments including reports, interfaces, batch jobs, certificates, and IDOCs
  • Access Management and Auditing
  • Support on one or more of SAP ERP modules (FICO, MM, SD, MM, miniHR) and/or SAP Field Service Management
  • Identify training needs for end-users
  • Global Template Design Governance

What you will need

  • BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field area
  • Proficient at least in one of SAP ERP modules/areas (FI, CO, SD, MM, CS, Basis, Access Management) and/or Field Service Management Solutions.
  • Understanding of SAP user role management, security, and compliance.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end incident management life cycle
  • Fluency in Greek & English language
