SAP PP Team Leader

On behalf of our client, a Leading Consulting company in Greece, we are on the lookout for an experienced SAP PP Team Leader to guide and make sure all teams are working efficiently, and also stay hands-on with the responsibilities of the role.

Your day-to-day

• Develop a strategic perspective on your respective area and align it with the rest of the organization.
• Set priorities and monitor the delivery, the performance versus the targets in line with the available budgets.
• Align with leaders, ensuring delivery of customer value in case collaboration across teams is needed.
• Bring new practices, new tools and frameworks to be used by the people in your respective area so that the teams perform optimally.
• Serve and support the employees within your respective area by removing organizational impediments and facilitate the collaboration across the organization to create the appropriate environment for continuous improvement and transparency.
• Coach people, set their development targets in collaboration with them, provide constructive feedback and monitor their performance towards their goals.
• Perform stakeholders’ management on a higher level. 

What you will need

• Specialized knowledge (plus BSc+)
• Advanced level knowledge on managing specific tasks and activities.
• Technical Proficiency: In configuring all aspects of the SAP PP module, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, production orders.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Ability to handle various manufacturing scenarios—discrete, repetitive, and process industries—within SAP PP.
• Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of how SAP PP integrates with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), PM (Plant Maintenance).
• SAP S/4HANA Familiarity: Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations related to production planning, including SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience.
• Reporting Abilities: Capability to create and modify reports using SAP reporting tools like SAP Query, Report Painter.
• Project Implementation Experience: Involvement in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, covering all project phases from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Methodology Familiarity: Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies like ASAP and Agile practices.
