On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing leader in the technology sector, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This role requires a proactive mindset to identify and secure new business opportunities while building strong client relationships across a variety of industries.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Actively hunt for and engage potential corporate clients across diverse sectors within Greece.
  • Conduct research and networking activities to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize company tools to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations that address client needs.
  • Regularly visit clients to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and ongoing partnerships.
  • Resolve client challenges by identifying issues and implementing tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, driving new business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and conferences to expand your network.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel within Greece, comprising 25-50% of the role.

Requirements:

  • Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven success in sales roles with 5+ years of experience managing large accounts and B2B sales.
  • A strong "hunter" mentality, with demonstrated experience in proactively securing new business.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions persuasively.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills for managing time and multitasking effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license.
