Network & Security Admin

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Network & Security Admin to join their team.

Your day-to-day

• Monitor network performance and address first-level issues promptly.
• Oversee and support the organization’s security systems, reporting any deviations or concerns.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new IT projects.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, recording all new changes.
• Respond to and manage incidents (incident response).
• Escalate issues to the next level of technical support and monitor their resolution.
• Support working groups during the execution of new initiatives.

What you will need

• Good knowledge of Ethernet data networks and TCP/IP operations.
• Basic understanding of IT security principles.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in IT support.

It’s a plus if you have

• CCNA certification.
• CCSA certification.
• Experience in user support.
• A degree in IT or a related field from a university or technical institute.
