IT Project Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in comprehensive digital transformation solutions, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join their growing Presales and Aftersales Solutions team.

Our client provides end-to-end digital transformation services, covering everything from supply chain optimization to customer service enhancement. Their innovative solutions integrate hardware, software, and full technical support, leveraging both conventional and cutting-edge technologies. Some of the key technologies they work with include Autonomous Robotic Systems, Electronic Shelf Labels, Smart Lockers, and Voice Picking.

Your Day-to-Day

As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of our growing Presales and Aftersales Solutions team, responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

• Understanding, designing, and implementing end-to-end digital transformation solutions for businesses.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions to effectively analyze customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborating with the Software Development Team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks while reassessing project goals to ensure successful delivery.
• Engaging with clients through presentations, technical demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to showcase proposed solutions.

What You Will Need

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-design skills with the ability to analyze complex customer needs.
• A structured approach to project management, ensuring deadlines are met under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
