IT Operations Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a self-driven IT Operations Specialist to join its growing team.

Your day-to-day

• 1st level & field service technical support (end-users, workstations, cloud services,  printers, infrastructure refresh)
• User & workstation administration
• Active Directory & Microsoft 365 administration
• 1st level Network & Telephone support (VPN, VoIP, mobiles)
• Install updates and software upgrades on workstations and troubleshoot performance issues
• Backup monitoring & restore operations
• Implement, enhance and update processes & best practices regarding information security & data protection
• External vendor management
• Active involvement in technical projects and implementations

What you will need

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT Support role. Working experience in a corporate environment will be a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Azure environment with strong troubleshooting skills
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
• Working knowledge of Apple products (Apple business manager, iPhone devices)
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
• Experience in implementing & monitoring information security mechanisms for end users (such as email). Support users in identifying potential malicious email messages and applications
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and 27701 processes & procedures will be a plus
• Excellent command of English 
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills and a service-oriented attitude 
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with team members, sharing knowledge and finding solutions
