ERP/CRM Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an ERP Consultant to join their team.

Your day-to-day

• 1st and 2nd Level Support: Provide direct technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
• Conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in the correct use of the Entersoft ERP/CRM system
• Collaborate with Entersoft dealers to develop and implement new circuits tailored to the organization’s needs
• Carry out system tests and document new implementations for clarity and future reference
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency in system operations
• Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and replacements for optimal performance
• Work with external vendors to ensure the successful deployment of necessary solutions

What you will need

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Entersoft ERP/CRM/SFA
• Creation of views and reports
• OLAP design
• Dashboard development
• Automation creation
• Rule creation and EMI
• Experience with Crystal Reports and SFA (Entersoft Merchandising for Android)
• SQL scripting
