ERP Consultant

On behalf of our client, a leading spa company in Greece, we are currently looking for an ERP Consultant to join the team.  

A day in the life of an ERP Consultant 

Your day will be a mix of analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and providing support to our teams to ensure seamless operations across multiple spa locations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot system challenges, and play a key role in ensuring our spa management software meets the evolving needs of the business.

Your day-to-day

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP functionalities.
• Configure, customize, and implement ERP systems to support spa operations, inventory management, appointment scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to staff on ERP best practices and system usage, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and management teams to optimize ERP integrations with other business tools.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Entersoft ERP and strong understanding of business processes.
• Strong development background preferably with .NET and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and training skills to support end-users.
