Azure Cloud Engineer

On behalf of our client ,a Top-tier Microsoft Cloud Partner we are seeking for an Azure Cloud Engineer. Daily tasks include (but not limited to) migrating systems to cloud, providing solutions for a modern workplace (we are the future) & helping our customers to get value from advanced analytics while meeting their needs for flexibility, speed, security & reliability.

Your day to day

• Execute assessments, migrations, and implementations of Hybrid-Cloud solutions, including environment migrations to Microsoft Azure
• Manage, optimize, and document Microsoft Azure environments and related procedures
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD practices
• Follow standardized processes for incident/problem resolution and ensure SLA adherence
• Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues, providing timely feedback and ensuring proper documentation and closure
• Prepare accurate reports and technical documentation as needed
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams (e.g., InfoSec, Architecture) to solve complex issues
• Enhance internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by improving tools and processes

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT, particularly with Microsoft Azure technologies
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Clients, Terminal Services, Hyper-V)
• Basic knowledge of networking core concepts
• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
• Experience with migration projects (on-premises to cloud)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eager to learn and support new technologies, and to train others

Nice to have: 

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator – AZ 104 , Azure Fundamentals – AZ 900, Azure Virtual Desktop – AZ 140)
• Networking Certifications (CCNA, NSE4, Checkpoint IaaS Cloud Guard Specialist)
• Basic Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops concepts and Infra as code deployment
• Basic Knowledge of core security concepts on Microsoft Azure
