Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

On behalf of our client, a a boutique digital marketing agency offering high-end web transformation & optimisation services to businesses, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team.

A day in the life

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will provide high-end web development, support, and online marketing services to SMEs in Greece and abroad. You will deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing websites using open-source platforms and frameworks and you will help clients establish a strong digital presence across various industries.

Your day-to-day

• Planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for conversions, awareness, and remarketing and managing complex campaign structures with Google Ads Editor.
• Collaborating with clients, designers, and creative teams to enhance ad performance and improve landing pages.
• Monitoring KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) and adjusting strategies to meet goals.
• Creating custom reports using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Supporting the sales team with strategy, projections, and budget estimates.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

What you will need

• 3+ years of agency experience managing high-budget Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Analytics 4, and familiarity with advanced reporting, and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets and tracking and reporting tools
• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Mobile).
• Strong client communication and campaign ownership skills and exposure to high profile accounts
• Experience with social media platforms and basic knowledge of SEO principles, HTML and Javascpript will be considered a plus.
