On behalf of our client, a leading real estate research and consultancy firm, we are currently looking for a smart, curious, and dedicated Research & Data Consultant to join their team and contribute to their real estate research unit.
Your day-to-day

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact throughout project lifecycles.

Act as the primary data consultant for clients, guiding them in utilizing the Data Platform and ensuring they maximize its value.

Understand client needs, provide regular updates, and deliver tailored insights and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.

Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing the company’s reputation.

Deliver presentations at conferences, meetings, webinars, and seminars.
-
Attend industry events and represent the company to clients and customers.
Research Project Management and Execution:

Plan, execute, and manage research projects, leveraging the Data Platform to deliver actionable insights.

Collect, analyze, interpret, and present data in written reports and visual presentations.

Forecast key metrics related to Student Housing, Co-living, and Built-to-Rent (BTR) markets.

Combine market intelligence with quantitative and qualitative research to address client and company objectives.

Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and allocate project resources efficiently.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with analysts and senior analysts on larger-scale projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective execution.

Collaborate with part-time staff and support personnel, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Contribute to team meetings and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and innovation.
What you will need

A university degree in business, economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally within real estate market analysis, data analysis, data research, or international client management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced), Microsoft Access (Basic), Adobe InDesign (Basic), and Tableau (Beginner).

Advanced English language skills (B2+/C1 level).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-focused attitude.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging manner.
