Product Designer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design / Design systems.
• Experience required in creating and scaling digital products that have reached the market, attracted real users, and driven specific business outcomes.
• Experience ranging from quick 5-minute refinements to multi-month comprehensive design system implementations.
• Ability to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.
• Diplomatic approach to team collaboration and design decision-making.
• Proactive approach to design innovation and system development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (Extraordinary expertise may offset this requirement in some cases).
• Focus on quality
