Machine Learning Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a self-driven Machine Learning Engineer, to join its software development team.

Your day-to-day

• Research, design, and develop cutting-edge Text-to-Speech (TTS) models and Voice-enabled Large Language Models (Voice LLMs)
• Implement voice cloning technologies to replicate specific voice characteristics efficiently
• Optimize neural vocoders, speaker adaptation, and zero-shot TTS synthesizers for high-quality speech synthesis
• Build and maintain data pipelines for audio dataset preprocessing, augmentation, and model training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TTS models into Conversational AI platforms
• Conduct performance tuning to improve scalability, efficiency, and reduce latency
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, generative AI models, and speech signal processing
• Participate in Agile software development, contributing to sprints, backlog refinements, and proof-of-concept development
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and data security regulations

Requirements 

• 3+ years of experience in speech synthesis, voice AI, or machine learning engineering
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with TTS architectures (Tacotron, FastSpeech, VITS) and neural vocoders (HiFi-GAN, WaveGlow)
• Familiarity with zero-shot synthesis, multi-speaker TTS, generative models, and LLMs
• Experience with ML model optimization for production environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
