Full-Stack Developer (Remote / SKG)
Full Stack .NET DeveloperOn behalf of our client, a growing, product-driven tech company with teams in Thessaloniki and the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. Does not matter if your are strong in backend of frontend.
This is a remote-first position, with opportunities for in-person collaboration and co-working days when needed. The company develops a wide range of web and mobile applications, tailored to the unique needs of each product. They also work with cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain and AI-powered solutions.
What you'll do

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code (both frontend and backend).

Collaborate with team members to review code and share feedback (including mentoring junior developers).

Create deployment scripts and contribute to DevOps workflows.

Assist the Product Manager in task breakdown and technical planning.

Provide documentation for developed code, infrastructure, and processes.

Participate in a strong onboarding process and continuous learning culture.
What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience in either frontend or backend development, and the motivation to grow into full-stack development.

Solid knowledge of Git and version control best practices.

Excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to contribute to a distributed and multicultural team.

Frontend: Angular, SvelteKit

Backend: C# / .NET

Others: Blockchain, AI integrations (depending on project requirements)
Nice to have

Experience with testing frameworks and writing automated tests.

Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.).

Code review experience (both giving and receiving).

A mentoring mindset and willingness to support less experienced teammates.

Prior working experience in a collaborative development environment.
