On behalf of our client, an award-winning FinTech company with an international presence, we are seeking a high-potential Business Analyst (BA) to join their dynamic team. About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, contribute to the product roadmap, and help shape the future of the platform. This role offers a remote work setup, providing flexibility while being part of a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your day-to-day

Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product requirements and write detailed user stories in Jira.
Work alongside engineers, QAs, and another BA to refine and implement features that enhance our platform.
Engage with the Claims team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Contribute ideas to the product roadmap, particularly in AI and automation.
Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

Educational Excellence: A strong academic background from a top university in Greece or abroad.
Experience: 0–3 years in Business Analysis, Programming, or a Junior PM role (ideally in a startup or tech-driven environment).
Technical Aptitude: Some knowledge of programming and databases, though deep engineering expertise is not required.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills.
