Performance Marketing Specialist

On behalf of our client, an innovative digital marketing agency focused on Digital Marketing and web solutions, we are currently looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team.

 A day in the life of a ‘Performance Marketing Specialist’

 As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementation and optimization of all digital media campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) for the company’s accounts, supporting the marketing strategies.

Your day-to-day

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads Campaigns and Meta Ads Campaigns
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
• Collaborate with Sales and Design Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

 What you will need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• University degree in Marketing or Business Administrator (Msc is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of marketing tools such as MailChimp.
• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google Analytics 4
• Proven Experience with Google Ads & Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
• Basic Knowledge of Linkedin/TikTok Ads and other major social media and ad platforms is considered a plus
